Responsibilities

Identify and target new clients, industries, and market segments that align with our managed services offerings. Create and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business
Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals, consistently expanding the client base and increasing the company's market share
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients' needs within the managed services industry
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our managed services
Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities to solve business challenges through Wimmer's consulting and services portfolio
Partner with delivery and marketing teams to align client solutions, contribute to strategic account plans, and refine go-to-market messaging based on client feedback and market trends
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial and profitable partnerships
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, helping guide strategic decisions and resource allocation
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence, sharing insights with the team and adapting strategies as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in new business development at mid-to large-scale consulting and / or professional services providers
7+ years of overall Sales experience, specifically selling IT services and solutions
Proven track record of driving consultative sales cycles and shaping complex solution engagements across diverse client environments
Recent history of meeting sales quotas, penetrating large accounts, and executing deals effectively
Proficiency in project delivery, encompassing all facets of project/program management
Strong negotiation skills, with a knack for overcoming challenges, employing advanced problem-solving techniques, and making strategic decisions to drive value-added results
Consistent track record of achieving high levels of client and employee satisfaction
Possesses exceptional abilities in working with large global teams, employing a collaborative approach in engaging with recruiting, operations, and administrative functions
Willingness to travel as needed
