Responsibilities

Provide support for all phases of acquisition integration (integration strategy development, planning, execution and performance management, etc.) and divestiture management (separation planning, TSA development, due diligence, and separation execution)
Partner with Business and Functional teams to align on integration scope, develop integration plans, identify cross-functional dependencies, and manage integration execution
Lead regular meeting cadences including cross-functional program calls, workstream 1:1s, etc
Support Steering Committee presentations including drafting agenda and materials in partnership with business and functional stakeholders
Support the quarterly M&A scorecard process including tracking business and operational KPIs
Support implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance M&A outcomes including refining the next version of Mastercard’s integration playbook

Required

Bachelor's degree
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong process and project management skills
Highly organized and structured

Ability to understand culture differences in order to drive change and engage stakeholders across the organization
Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to business and functional partners
Excellent presentation and writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
