Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight of project administration, ensuring effective meetings, action tracking, documentation, and site engagement
Lead project financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, procurement strategy, change management, and profitability improvement
Develop and oversee project execution plans in collaboration with Construction, A/E, MEP, and Field Operations teams
Direct master schedule development and performance, proactively identifying risks, delays, and corrective actions
Own project risk management, contractual compliance, and mitigation strategies across safety, quality, schedule, and commercial outcomes
Serve as primary client contact and escalation point, maintaining strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and partners
Mentor and develop senior project managers and project teams, fostering alignment with company values and performance expectations
Collaborate with internal leadership and peer executives to drive consistent delivery, communication, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 10+ years in construction leadership
Proven P&L accountability across multiple large-scale projects
Extensive experience across delivery models (Lump Sum, GMP, Cost Plus, CM, Fee-Based)
Demonstrated success improving project margins, managing risk, and delivering aggressive schedules
Strong technical and commercial understanding of engineering, design, construction, and equipment-intensive projects
Trusted leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and long-term client relationships
