Responsibilities
Lead enterprise printer administration and management
Manage Fairfax systems and Secure Doc (WinMagic) functionality
Perform installations, updates, and system upgrades
Implement and maintain advanced security protocols
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams
Provide on-call support for nightly/weekend patching and upgrades
Independently learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in printer administration and management
8+ years of experience in Fairfax system management
8+ years of experience in Secure Doc (WinMagic) administration
8+ years of experience in system troubleshooting and infrastructure support
8+ years of experience in information management, file structures, and data representation
8+ years of experience in advanced system security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Defender, ManageEngine Endpoint Central)
High attention to detail, especially in documentation
Willingness to support after-hours patching and maintenance
