Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SAP EWM consultants, fostering a high-performance culture. Define and drive priorities, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate career progression for team members

Implement training programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of consultants, including certifications in SAP modules, best practices in warehouse optimization, and emerging technologies like automation and AI integration

Manage organization budgets, resource allocation, and implement cost controls to ensure profitability. Monitor expenses, optimize staffing, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for EWM-related projects. Gather requirements, manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client business objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver SAP EWM solutions, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and SAP best practices

Contribute to the firm's SAP strategy by identifying market trends, recommending process improvements, and supporting business development efforts

Conduct regular visits to client sites for hands-on leadership, workshops, and troubleshooting, while maintaining productivity in a remote setting

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

5+ years in a leadership and / or managerial role

Proven track record in managing and developing teams, with experience in remote team environments

Experience with cost management tools and methodologies, such as ensuring actual costs do not exceed budgets

Excellent client-facing skills, with a history of successful stakeholder management and project delivery

Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on resource allocation and management, coaching, and skills development

Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization

Outstanding communication skills for client interactions and executive leadership briefings

Analytical mindset with problem-solving expertise in complex warehouse environments

Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project), and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes

Willingness to travel regularly (up to 50% domestic and potentially international) while working remotely
