Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data across financial management systems and spreadsheets
Support the preparation of executive-level summaries, dashboards, charts, and reports
Help develop and update financial models, cash flow forecasts, and ad hoc analyses
Support project managers with contract documentation, change orders, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
Research and compile financial and project data from multiple sources for analysis
Assist with the project invoice review and audit process and support payment recommendations
Provide analytical support for aviation programs related to budget tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
Help maintain project control databases and files to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Construction Management, or a related field
Preferred
1-3 years of experience in project controls, financial management or accounting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; exposure to Adobe Design or Publisher is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and produce quality work
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships
Clear verbal and written communication skills
