Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all applicable food labeling regulations (FDA, USDA, and other relevant authorities)
Create and maintain product and box labels; experience with the Genesis system is strongly preferred
Maintain and control regulatory documentation to support audits, inspections, and internal reviews
Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Purchasing to set up and manage new products and new suppliers in internal systems
Review supplier documentation to ensure raw materials meet regulatory and labeling requirements
Support ongoing regulatory compliance initiatives within food processing and manufacturing operations
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and system entries
Assist with additional regulatory and technical services tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field
4–6 years of regulatory experience in the food industry, preferably within food processing or food manufacturing
Genesis software experience
Strong understanding of food labeling regulations and documentation requirements
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP required)
Experience working cross-functionally with internal departments and external suppliers
