Responsibilities

Analyze existing customer accounts to understand customer profiles and types of subscribers, and then identify and prospect on net-new companies and firms that would be a great fit to subscribe to our services
Build and close pipeline: own the full sales cycle from sourcing to close across new customer accounts in our industry (Trust and Estate Planning attorneys and advisors, Wealth advisors, Tax planners and CPAs, CFPs, RIAs, and related practitioners)
Communicate and evangelize our product in the marketplace with the support of our marketing and advertising team members
Prospect through calls, emails, social channels, and industry events to build a strong pipeline that will be converted to group accounts (2-100+ subscribers)
Identify prospects utilizing creative lead-generating techniques and seek opportunities to grow existing customer accounts by adding more subscribers
Maintain productive working relationships with customers after the account is sold and establish strong rapport for ongoing annual renewals and growth
Stay sharp on industry trends and keep CRM data clean and actionable
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s content and customers' needs through reading and research

Required

B2B Sales Expertise: Proven experience in B2B sales, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills to engage decision-makers and close deals effectively
Relationships within and knowledge of the Trust and Estate Planning industry, tax and wealth advisor community; a strong network of attorneys, CPAs, and CFPs - and knowledge of how they tick
Ability to navigate the stakeholders within law firms, wealth management firms, tax and accounting firms, and related professional services firms; ability to discern from the practitioner (subscriber) vs.administrative functions (procurement, contracts, legal, IT, and finance) when selling and closing new subscriptions
Resilient and Results-Driven: strong work ethic, with the ability to overcome objections, build trust, and establish lasting relationships with clients
Strategic and Self-Motivated: skilled at developing and executing a daily action plan to consistently build and manage a pipeline of leads that are converted to sales
Time Management and Accountability: strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and consistently meet sales goals
Sales Experience: Experience selling subscription or online services within the Trust and Estate Planning industry or related industries (i.e. Wealth and Financial Services); a track record of success in driving new business and achieving targets (individual sales of $2k-$15k and annual sales of $500k and up)
