Irispeak Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Applications Development Expert (IT Tech Expert III) to design, develop, implement, and support an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The selected candidate will serve as the technical subject matter expert responsible for the overall architecture, customization, integration, and ongoing support of the CRM platform.

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, overseeing solution design, architecture, and implementation
Define the logical, technical, and physical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Design, develop, customize, and deploy a fully functional CRM solution in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Perform day-to-day administration, monitoring, maintenance, and support of the Dynamics CRM platform, including configurations and customizations
Develop and implement CRM enhancements using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Web Services, and Dynamics APIs/SDKs
Gather and document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to deliver effective CRM solutions
Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with third-party applications, databases, and external systems
Perform and support data migration activities, including database management and SQL-based operations
Build prototypes and conduct demonstrations of proposed solutions for users and stakeholders
Provide ongoing technical support and end-user training on Microsoft Dynamics and CRM functionalities
Conduct quality assurance, testing, and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and deployment of new CRM features and updates

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in the IT industry
3+ years of experience as a technical expert in an IT organization
3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization
Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Web Services
Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 APIs and SDKs
Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts and solutions
Experience with SQL, database management, and data migration techniques
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience delivering a full lifecycle CRM implementation (design through deployment)
Strong understanding of CRM data modeling, workflows, and user interface customization
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
