Responsibilities

Lead global tax strategy and ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, local, and international regulations
Oversee U.S. tax compliance, ASC 740 provision, ETR forecasting, and audit support
Manage international tax planning, transfer pricing, and cross-border compliance
Monitor legislative changes and assess business impact
Support M&A activities, tax audits, and dispute resolution
Drive process improvement through tax technology and automation
Optimize capital structure, liquidity, and global cash management
Oversee banking relationships, FX exposure, and investment portfolio
Ensure strong treasury systems, controls, and compliance
Lead and develop tax and treasury teams
Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations on strategic initiatives
Serve as primary contact for external advisors and financial institutions

Required

10+ years of progressive tax and treasury experience, including leadership roles
Deep expertise in U.S. corporate tax; international tax experience required
CPA required
Strong strategic, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Big 4 experience preferred
Experience in technology or semiconductor environments a plus
