Inside Sales Rep/Lead Coordinator

Responsibilities
Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team
You’ll schedule appointments, coordinate with field sales reps, follow up on quotes, and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication
Qualification
Required
3-4 years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency
Ability to work in the office daily (this is not a remote role)
Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends
Must pass background check and drug screening
Preferred
Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred
