Serve as Lead Developer and Technical Mentor for distributed development teams
Conduct code reviews enforcing SOLID principles and enterprise coding standards
Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Govern solution layering, versioning, and environment promotion (Dev → QA → UAT → Prod)
Act as Level-4 escalation for: Production outages, Performance degradation, Complex, non-deterministic (“Heisenbug”) issues
Build advanced POCs for complex payer use cases such as: Broker/Agency portals, Custom eligibility and pricing logic, Member-centric calculators inside CRM
Qualification
Required
15+ years evolving from .NET Developer to D365/Power Platform Architect
Led 5+ enterprise-scale implementations in Healthcare Payer or Financial Services
Proven ability to manage technical debt, documentation, and long-term platform health
Expert-level development of C#/.NET Plugins
Expert-level development of Custom Workflow Activities
Expert-level development of Custom APIs
Mastery of Dynamics 365 SDK and Web API
Advanced JavaScript (ES6+) for Form scripting
Advanced JavaScript (ES6+) for Ribbon customizations
Advanced JavaScript (ES6+) for Business rules
Deep experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
Expert understanding of Dataverse storage, indexing, and query optimization
SQL-level troubleshooting for high-volume datasets (millions of member records)
PHI / PII Security
Field-level security
Encryption at rest and in transit
Audit logging aligned with HIPAA/HITECH
Interoperability
Hands-on implementation of FHIR and HL7
Experience with Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare
