They are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to document developer products and tools, creating clear resources for integrating and building with large-language-models and vector database systems.
Research
Responsibilities
Create and own documentation for AI APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling
Produce workshop and tutorial materials (slide decks, labs, code walkthroughs, etc.)
Organize, review, and evolve documentation structure, taxonomy, and style
Audit existing documentation, identify gaps, and develop improvements
Validate runnable code examples and maintain accuracy
Coordinate across engineering, product, and research to ensure correctness
Qualification
Required
3+ years of technical writing experience or similar with a strong portfolio of API, SDK, and developer documentation
Strong applied AI experience; proficiency with AI/ML tools, prompt engineering, LLM concepts, API specs (OpenAPI/Swagger), or open-source documentation contributions
Outstanding writing and editing skills
Proven ability to translate complex systems for both application developers and platform engineers
Experience with docs-as-code workflows (Git/GitHub, Markdown/MDX, static site generators)
Coding proficiency in at least one language (Python, TypeScript, or similar) and ability to verify runnable examples
Solid grasp of modern software development practices including version control, testing, dependency management, and CI/CD
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a bias toward clarity and accuracy
Self-directed, adaptable, and collaborative across cross-functional teams
