Responsibilities

Act as a Power Apps subject matter expert supporting multiple teams and initiatives
Design, build, enhance, and support Power Apps solutions
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable applications
Support automated workflows and internal business tools
Integrate Power Apps with Power BI and other Microsoft tools within the Power Platform ecosystem
Provide guidance on best practices, usability, governance, and scalability
Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives
Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Required

Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Power Apps
Hands-on experience building and supporting Power Apps solutions in real-world environments

Proven experience supporting multiple workflows or initiatives simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Personable, engaging, and team-oriented
Comfortable working with a broad and diverse stakeholder group
Positive attitude and strong cultural fit are critical
Confident interacting across both technical and business audiences

Portfolios, examples of Power Apps solutions, or certifications are helpful but not required
