Responsibilities
Assess the work to be done in a make-ready unit or handle a work order with ease
Interact with residents’ requests and provide excellent service to each resident
Prioritize tasks, be creative and use initiative to problem solve
Handle emergencies and after hour calls
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of all-around maintenance in the property management field for 150+ unit property
Proficient in working with computers, database and calendar management-for capital improvements
Highly organized to handle work at a fast pace, efficiently with good follow through
Be proactive to handle anything that comes your way, especially when it comes to emergencies and after hour calls
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor and have supervised a staff of at least 3 employees
Must be able to live on site
