They are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator / Participant Engagement Expert to build and maintain relationships with study participants and support two upcoming studies related to digital health technologies and diabetes evaluation.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining relationships with participants to support study participation and engagement through bi-weekly phone check-ins

Consistently communicating with participants via email throughout the study period

Conducting video calls with participants to supervise at-home aspects of participation

Organizing and maintaining participant contact logs and entering study data within REDCap

Reporting and troubleshooting issues with mobile study apps and wearable devices

Helping to modify study and app features before and during active studies

Closely monitoring the participant study experience via the adherence dashboard
