Robert Half is a growing Trusts & Estates law firm, and they are seeking an entry-level Estate Planning Legal Assistant/Receptionist to provide key support in administrative and client service roles. The position involves managing client communications, drafting legal documents, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, process mail, transcribe meeting notes, and track important deadlines

Organize client files and maintain contact databases

Prepare engagement letters and draft/revise routine correspondence

Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys, promptly handling inquiries by phone, email, or written communications

Draft and revise estate planning documents, including powers of attorney, wills, revocable trusts, and binders

Facilitate document completion and oversee document signatures

Support time entry and billing processes, including invoice distribution

Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements

Required

Proven customer service experience
