Responsibilities
Lead the implementation phase of an NQA-1 quality assurance program
Develop training and qualification packages
Support program rollout
Perform audits to confirm proper implementation
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of experience in nuclear quality assurance
Extensive knowledge of NQA-1 (ASME NQA-1) requirements and implementation
Proven experience in QA program implementation and rollout
Strong background in training development and delivery for quality systems
Experience developing qualification packages and training materials
Demonstrated audit experience (internal and/or external audits)
Knowledge of DOE and/or commercial nuclear power quality requirements
Ability to conduct compliance verification audits
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to obtain necessary clearances if required by the client
Preferred
Previous experience with Jacobs or similar large engineering firms
ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Lead Auditor certification
Experience in instructional design or adult learning principles
Familiarity with 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and related regulatory requirements
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
Background in nuclear engineering or nuclear operations
Experience with audit report writing and corrective action tracking
Master's degree in relevant field
Previous consulting or contractor experience in the nuclear industry
