Prepare and support regulatory filings in collaboration with compliance and business teams
Partner with compliance staff to advise and support firm business units
Design, review, and maintain automated compliance monitoring reports
Ensure ongoing adherence to internal compliance policies and regulatory requirements
Contribute to long-term initiatives to uphold compliance standards amid evolving regulations
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher, with strong analytical, written, verbal, and quantitative skills
Solid numeracy skills and comfort working with data
1–4 years of relevant professional experience with a demonstrated record of achievement
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to high-quality work
Preferred
Prior experience in paralegal work, accounting, financial operations, compliance, or investment management is a plus, but not required
