Responsibilities

Lead by example by adapting and continue to deliver world class service
In conjunction with your peers, communicate pricing strategies, policies and procedures throughout the organization
In conjunction with the Network leaders (RVP, GM, Lead) effectively teach data driven Customized Pricing to the Network

Develop and implement data driven pricing strategies for the company’s products
Support development of department processes and guidelines
Participates, contributes, and leads department discussions and meetings, as well as inter-departmental meetings
Initiates interdepartmental interaction to improve processes and methods
Delivers timely results independently and as a project leader
Exhibits a balanced approach to solving problems and develops creative solutions to achieving objectives and overcoming issues
Effectively presents data and results to drive stakeholder and management consensus
Support the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered pricing solutions
Advance and digitize pricing processes to support the Reece 2030 vision
Be an active participant within the culture of experimentation and continuous optimization in pricing
Collaborate closely with Data, Sales, Transformation and Merchandising teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Partner with the Network and its Leaders to advance data driven Customized Pricing
Effectively communicate recommended changes in pricing, supporting the transparency & consistency pillars of the Four Pillars model
Support development proposals for the digitization of pricing processes and execute industry world class solutions
Introduce new methodologies that advance automation of foundational processes
Actively seek and shares information, encourage collaboration
Invest time in being externally curious, explore and share learning that encourage new thinking and ideas
Demonstrate the ability to balance priorities to support solutions for the 2030 pricing strategy for the USA business
Drive innovation & creativity through a relentless focus on the Customer

Provide analytical insights and advise the Network, Pricing colleagues and Category Management of price, cost and purchasing opportunities to improve gross profit
Effectively communicate strategies to branch network, merchandising & purchasing teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, or other similar degrees required
Minimum of 5 years of cost / pricing, revenue management, operations, sales, or business development experience required

Preferred

Minimum of 2 years of wholesale distribution industry experience preferred
Hands on experience with a pricing optimization system (eg. PriceFX, Vendavo, ZIlliant) preferred
