They are seeking an expert in Entrata Property Management Software to train onsite staff and develop training materials, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing education for their multifamily real estate division.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Entrata-based onboarding training for all MRE Associates and ensuring onboarding checklists are followed

Creates and/or modifies Entrata course materials and training manuals, guides and course content to meet specific training needs

Develops and maintains a library of the most used or most helpful reports in Entrata used by PM/RPM along with step-by-step instructions on how to pull those reports, what filters to use, etc

Train team members on how to complete quarterly owner reports and budget templates

Creates training curriculum for each position specifically as it relates to the tasks that are completed within Entrata for that position

Oversees Entrata training programs, both internal and external, that include in-person and web-based seminars, create training materials, facilitate group sessions including classroom instruction and individualized coaching, author training videos and more

Leverages existing subject matter experts and training materials for inclusion in overall Entrata training initiatives

Determines Entrata training needs and requirements by meeting with Regional Property Managers, Property Managers, Leasing teams and IT Entrata Support and/or gather information via surveys

Creates and maintains Entrata training schedules for existing team members and new hires

Collaborates with managers to address Entrata learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments

Monitors and reports industry training statistics

Organizes and maintains library of Entrata training

Assists with Mystery Shop Program related to remedial Entrata training (as needed)

Designs and facilitates Entrata training curriculum, assessments, and materials, to support organizational goals, business initiatives, and key performance drivers

Stays up to date on new educational and training techniques and methods

Measures the effectiveness of all Entrata training curriculum

Creates an energetic and engaging training environment to help foster the company's culture and align with the company's values

Assists with Entrata content creation, modification, and delivery of any Entrata related core training curriculum (Customer Focused Selling, Leasing University, Manager University, etc.)

Required

Expert-level user of Entrata Property Management Software with a high-level understanding of property management software capabilities that best support on-site teams

Exceptional scheduling and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of training best practices, skills assessment and processes

Ability to travel to various community locations in and out of state; some overnight travel may be expected

Ability to work cross-functionally across departments, identifying opportunities to enhance best practices
