Responsibilities
Direct and manage project development and daily operations to ensure program deliverables are met in compliance with all applicable State requirements and standards
Support project implementation, ongoing operations, and program growth from initiation through completion
Perform Quality Assurance across all project processes and procedures at each stage of production, promoting a “right first time” approach
Supervise staff to ensure all procedures, workflows, and deliverables meet State-defined requirements
Identify operational and performance issues within the project team and recommend effective resolutions
Provide ongoing feedback related to trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements
Collect and analyze statistical data to support progress reporting, proposals, documentation, and presentations
Track, monitor, and report project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and implement strategies to enhance day-to-day operational efficiency and effectiveness
Oversee customer service and technical support activities to ensure service level expectations are met
Monitor staff response times, production volumes, and accuracy metrics
Identify, investigate, and resolve data errors received through project workflows
Provide oversight of mail processing operations and associated procedures
Ensure consistent application of techniques, procedures, and knowledge across team members so all staff maintain the required skill sets
Foster a cooperative, professional, and positive team environment
Recommend and implement additional training strategies, tools, or documentation as needed
Motivate and manage staff to maximize both individual and team performance
Support professional development initiatives to enable employees to achieve their full potential within their roles
Monitor and document individual performance for mid-year and annual reviews
Assist in managing project communications, including training materials, user guides, brochures, online help resources, and website content
Deliver clear, professional oral and written communications to internal and external stakeholders
Participate in the organization’s RFP and proposal development efforts to support business growth
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of project management or client success; 2+ years team lead/supervisory
Excellent verbal and written communication; professional, self-motivated demeanor
Proven stakeholder management and employer outreach experience
