Responsibilities

Ensuring that all manufactured parts and assemblies meet precise dimensional specifications and quality standards
Working closely with the design team to design fixtures that are functional, accurate, efficient, and cost-effective
Identifying any product changes, contacting vendors for parts, placing Purchase Orders, and designing new equipment required for manufacturing
Handing over updated products to maintenance and manufacturing teams to put into production

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, STEM or related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dimensional engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong level GD&T qualification
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and measurement analysis software is a plus
Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy. Ability to identify and resolve dimensional and quality issues
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, management, and external vendors
Certification in dimensional measurement or quality control (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma)
Experience with advanced metrology tools and techniques
Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other quality management systems
