Responsibilities

Design and develop complex, scalable frontend applications using React.js
Build reusable components, libraries, and design systems following best practices
Lead UI architecture decisions and ensure consistency across applications
Integrate frontend solutions with backend services via RESTful APIs
Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Collaborate closely with backend, QA, DevOps, and Product teams in Agile environments
Conduct code reviews, enforce frontend standards, and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently

Required

12+ years of frontend development experience with strong focus on React.js
React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API)
JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind / Material UI
RESTful APIs, JSON
Testing frameworks: Jest, Jasmine, Cypress, Playwright
Build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn
Version control & CI/CD: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins/Azure DevOps
Strong understanding of SDLC, UI design patterns, and Agile/Scrum

Preferred

Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR)
Exposure to micro-frontend architecture
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
