Responsibilities
Oversee the full accounting and finance function, including payables, receivables, invoicing, and payroll
Ensure financial statements and reports are accurate, complete, and prepared in line with GAAP and relevant compliance requirements
Establish, maintain, and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks
Deliver leadership-level financial analysis, including trend analysis, forecasting support, and financial modeling
Collaborate closely with planning and analytics teams on budgets, forecasts, and operational performance insights
Provide financial support for strategic initiatives, including expansion efforts and potential transaction activity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Preferred
Strong background in professional services or project-based environments
CPA strongly preferred
