Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking a VP-Level Data Risk & Privacy Manager to support the development and implementation of their Data Risk Management and Privacy Program. This role involves working closely with various functions to establish compliance with data management and privacy practices.

Responsibilities

Setting standards and reviewing policies and procedures that meet the requirements of local regulations across all countries of operation

Analyzing business processes and requirements to ensure alignment with all Data Risk Management and Privacy policies and procedures

Continuously monitoring changes to local laws and regulations

Conducting independent assessments on the accuracy, completeness, and adequacy of the firm’s data management and privacy operations

Participating in data management and privacy risk tracking, trending, analysis, and reporting

Developing and delivering privacy training to various business functions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or Risk Management (or equivalent professional qualification)

5-7 years of experience specifically related to Privacy and/or Data Risk Management

Strong knowledge of data privacy and data protection regulations, as well as major privacy frameworks

Proven track record in managing and enhancing control processes

Experience in developing and implementing risk management programs

Experience interacting with regulators, preferably the FRB, NYDFS, CFTC, FINRA, SEC, etc

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently

Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and work alongside employees at all levels, including other geographical platforms

Ability to effectively handle a fast-paced environment while successfully meeting established deadlines
