Required

Strong knowledge of BPM Fundamentals and Architecture Components
Expertise in Technical Features (Designer Features, Configurations, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Appian BPM components including Tempo, Mobility Features, Pages, Smart Services, and Reports
Proven experience in Case Management Services development
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for platform customization
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Bitbucket
Proficiency in managing and deploying Appian packages
Ability to work independently on Jira stories
Experience working in Scrum environments and maintaining Continuous Integration standards
Ability to excel and deliver high-quality code within short time frames and short sprints
Ability to perform comprehensive impact analysis for system changes
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
Strong documentation skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders clearly
