Qualification
Required
4+ years in Business Analysis, Operations Management, or Management Consulting
Exceptional documentation skills
Ability to write clear, professional strategy documents
Create clean, readable process flows (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
Strong understanding of operational drivers (efficiency, customer satisfaction, SLA adherence)
Ability to walk into an ambiguous operational environment, identify key stakeholders, and begin mapping processes with minimal hand-holding
