Project Manager

Responsibilities
Support projects across the full lifecycle: intake, planning, execution, and delivery
Build, update, and maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and status reporting
Lead project meetings and working sessions, driving clear follow-ups and accountability
Coordinate across business and technical teams to align scope, milestones, and dependencies
Identify risks, issues, and changes; support mitigation and escalation efforts
Communicate clearly with stakeholders at various levels using tools like PowerPoint and email
Review project artifacts and deliverables to assess customer and operational impacts
Adapt to shifting priorities while keeping initiatives on track in a dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of project management experience supporting business and/or technology initiatives
Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident meeting facilitator
Proven ability to manage alignment across multiple delivery teams in matrixed environments
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work onsite as needed
Preferred
Experience working in large, enterprise organizations is a plus
