Support the Superintendent with daily site operations
Assist with scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination
Review RFIs, submittals, drawings, and field documentation
Participate in site walks, safety, and quality control
Coordinate inspections and track field progress
Support issue resolution and project closeout
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years' experience in commercial construction
Ground-up project exposure up to $5M+
Background as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent
Strong interest in a Superintendent/ Project Engineer career track
Ability to read drawings, specs, and scopes
Experience coordinating subcontractors and site activities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Procore experience preferred
