Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of priority tradeshows aligned with demand generation goals
Evaluate and recommend events based on expected ROI and audience relevance
Collaborate with various teams to define event goals and staffing needs
Oversee logistics of all assigned tradeshows, including booth design and production
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and agencies
Plan on-site experiences and manage staff schedules for events
Track event performance, including budgeting and ROI analysis

Required

7+ years managing complex trade shows or large-scale B2B events, ideally in tech or SaaS

Familiarity with booth design, shipping logistics, and event tech platforms
Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions on event selection
Willingness to travel up to 40% for events
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
