Responsibilities

Lead complex IT projects end-to-end (scope, schedule, budget, risk) in regulated manufacturing environments
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Communicate project status, roadmaps, and risks to stakeholders
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Gather and document business and functional requirements
Act as liaison between business, technical teams, vendors, and third parties
Execute SDLC documentation and system implementation activities
Develop requirements, process flows, use cases, and test scripts
Perform system, usability, and compliance testing
Manage vendors and ensure delivery quality and timelines
Support project transition, post-implementation support, and handoff to IT teams

Required

8+ years of IT solution delivery experience
3+ years leading complex IT projects (manufacturing/regulated preferred)
Strong SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall knowledge
Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (required)
