Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve financial, operational, and client satisfaction goals for the corporate dining segment

Oversee a portfolio of accounts ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, profitability and compliance with contractual obligations

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of account leaders to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency

Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards

Drive innovation in culinary offerings, sustainability initiatives, and technology solutions to enhance the dining experience

Monitor financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development, marketing, and operational initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to lead large teams and drive results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
