Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
Scan, organize, and file documents
Process and post checks in accordance with internal procedures
Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies
Use Provider Direct software (training provided if needed)
Assist with additional administrative and research-related tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong typing skills and ability to manage a high volume of work
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Prior data entry or administrative support experience
Experience with Provider Direct is a plus, but not required
