Responsibilities
Lead and grow your existing team of sales agents under your own brand or structure
Drive merchant acquisition through your current channels, referrals, partnerships, and outbound strategies
Build and manage your own sales operation while leveraging our infrastructure for underwriting, risk, compliance, and onboarding
Develop scalable systems for training, performance management, and merchant retention
Collaborate with our leadership team on partnerships, vertical strategies, and expansion initiatives
Maintain high standards of merchant experience, transparency, and long-term account quality
Qualification
Required
You currently run or have run a small ISO with 1–10 agents
You think in terms of systems, not just individual deals
You care about merchant lifetime value, retention, and residual growth
You want to scale without managing underwriting, compliance, tech, and support internally
You are outcome-driven, disciplined, and comfortable operating with ownership-level responsibility
