This role involves identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and providing actionable intelligence for pursuing new contracts.

Responsibilities

Monitor federal, state, and local procurement portals for RFPs, tenders, and outsourcing opportunities
Track embassy and institutional contracting opportunities in NYC and D.C
Build and maintain databases of procurement officers, embassy contacts, and institutional decision‑makers
Qualify leads and provide detailed profiles for outreach campaigns
Assist BD team with background research for proposals and compliance documentation
Coordinate with freelance proposal writers and legal consultants when needed
Deliver weekly reports on new opportunities, upcoming deadlines, and lead status
Provide insights on competitor activity and market trends

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field
2–4 years of experience in government contracting research, lead generation, or BD support
Strong skills in data analysis, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred

Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and state/local procurement processes
