10+ years expLHH is seeking a Senior Program Manager to establish and lead a centralized PMO within the Procurement organization for a large, global enterprise. This role involves driving visibility and value realization across high-impact procurement initiatives while collaborating with various departments to ensure successful execution of procurement transformation programs.

Responsibilities
Design and implement a centralized Procurement PMO, including governance frameworks, tools, and standardized processes
Lead strategic procurement and transformation programs from planning through execution
Provide portfolio-level oversight across cost savings, sourcing, supplier development, digital transformation, and category initiatives
Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, IT, and Legal to align priorities and execution
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and financial impact using PMO tools and dashboards
Deliver clear, executive-level reporting, insights, and status updates
Drive change management, training, and adoption of PMO processes across global teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or PMP preferred)
10+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or procurement transformation
Proven success building and operating a PMO within a global or matrixed organization
Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, savings validation, and value realization
Hands-on experience with PMO and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Power BI
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
Preferred
Procurement experience within manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor environments
Experience managing savings pipelines, sourcing governance, and large-scale transformation initiatives
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
