Responsibilities

Lead D Ventures Financial Services’ strategic expansion initiatives across new markets, products, and partnerships
Identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities aligned with the company’s long-term vision and financial objectives
Develop and oversee go-to-market strategies for new regions, client segments, and strategic offerings
Build and manage senior-level relationships with institutional partners, fintech platforms, and financial services stakeholders
Partner with executive leadership to define and refine corporate growth strategy and expansion priorities
Translate strategic objectives into structured execution plans, milestones, and performance indicators
Drive cross-functional coordination between strategy, operations, technology, legal, and compliance teams
Monitor competitive, regulatory, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
Oversee market entry planning and execution for domestic and international expansion initiatives
Support cross-border business development and institutional collaboration frameworks
Ensure expansion initiatives are aligned with regulatory requirements, operational capabilities, and risk management standards
Strengthen D Ventures Financial Services’ positioning as a credible and trusted fintech partner
Design and manage strategic partnership models that enhance market access and business scalability
Negotiate and structure strategic alliances, joint ventures, and commercial agreements
Foster long-term relationships that support innovation, revenue growth, and brand credibility
Represent the company in high-level discussions with institutional clients, partners, and industry leaders
Ensure strategic expansion initiatives adhere to corporate governance, compliance, and risk frameworks
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to assess and mitigate expansion-related risks
Support due diligence processes for partnerships, investments, and new market initiatives
Promote disciplined decision-making, accountability, and transparency across all strategic activities
Provide executive leadership and mentorship across strategy and business development teams
Foster collaboration between commercial, operational, and technical functions
Contribute to leadership development, succession planning, and organizational capability building
Champion D Ventures Financial Services’ values of integrity, innovation, and sustainable growth
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of strategic expansion initiatives
Track financial impact, market traction, and operational readiness of growth initiatives

Required

20+ years of progressive experience in strategic leadership, business development, or executive management within fintech, financial services, or capital markets
Demonstrated success in leading strategic expansion, market entry, or corporate growth initiatives
Strong understanding of financial services ecosystems, fintech platforms, and institutional markets
Proven ability to operate at executive level, influencing strategy and driving execution
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required

MBA or advanced degree preferred
