Cold Caller/Business Development Associate
KG Facility Solutions is a certified Minority Woman Business Enterprise with nearly 30 years in the commercial janitorial industry, seeking a motivated Cold Caller/Business Development Associate to help grow their customer base. The role involves making outbound calls, identifying decision makers, and networking to build business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective businesses utilizing our sales software platform to introduce and generate interests in our services
Identify decision makers and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
Network through industry events, business groups, and online platforms to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow ups in our CRM system
Represent and communicate our value in enhancing facility cleanliness and wellness
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
Networking skills to engage with local businesses and associations
Self-motivated, persistent, and results driven
Preferred
Knowledge of commercial janitorial or facility services industry is a plus but not required
Some marketing skills are a plus but are not required
