10+ years expQualis1 Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Finance systems. This role involves owning the end-to-end product strategy, collaborating with Finance, Engineering, and Executive stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale finance solutions.
Responsibilities
Own and drive the full product lifecycle: roadmap, requirements, delivery, and launch
Define and manage PRDs, user stories, and backlog prioritization
Translate complex finance and treasury business needs into functional and technical requirements
Partner with Finance leaders, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders
Lead delivery in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-impact enterprise finance solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Product Management experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury (TRM), FICO, FSCM
Strong treasury domain expertise: Cash Management, In-House Cash, FX & Risk Management, Forecasting, AR / AP
Proven ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle
Strong ability to translate finance requirements into functional specifications
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Preferred
Experience with SAP ECC and large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs
Exposure to Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Databricks, or financial analytics platforms
Background in GL, Tax, RAR, Capital Markets, or Credit & Collections
Experience with enterprise SaaS or platform product launches
Prior experience in large enterprise / Fortune 500 environments
