Principal Financial Analyst, Program Ctrl *ONSITE*

They are seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to join their NSMS Standard Production Finance team, responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and supporting decision-making processes in a classified environment.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate aspects of quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) processes in a classified environment
Develop and analyze trends in spend rates, EVMS metrics, and headcount planning to provide actionable insights
Oversee and support the cash collection process by forecasting billings and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely cash receipts
Support the implementation, compliance, and maintenance of contractual and internal EVMS requirements
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly program reports, including executive summaries, to support decision-making at multiple levels of the organization
Qualification
Required
Typically requires: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and/or reconciliations
Experience with Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), including advanced Excel skills
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Active DoD Security Clearance
Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight and prioritize workload
Detailed understanding of key financial metrics
Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
Ability to frame and interpret issues for Management
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Ability to work in an autonomous work environment
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Self-starting, motivated individual with excellent written and oral communication skills
