Director of Operations

Pulse Financial Services is a newly established company in its construction phase, seeking a Director of Operations to guide the transition to formal operations. The role involves implementing operational systems and processes, coordinating launch plans, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to ensure a successful business launch.

Responsibilities

Implement the established operational framework, management systems, and processes
Define the execution paths, responsible parties, and delivery standards for key processes
Ensure that the operational system can be directly operational when the business launches, rather than remaining at the documentation level
Coordinate with the company's strategy and business plan to develop an executable launch plan
Break down the launch phase task list, timelines, and responsibilities
Quickly identify execution deviations and drive corrections during the initial launch phase
Promote the formation of collaboration mechanisms among various functional departments before formal operations
Clarify interfaces, deliverables, and escalation paths in cross-departmental processes
Reduce execution friction caused by unclear responsibilities
Participate in core systems (e.g., Implementation and optimization of ERP, project management, CRM, financial systems, etc
Ensuring system configuration aligns with actual execution logic
Driving systems to truly serve frontline operations, rather than increasing complexity
Assisting in defining the most critical operational execution metrics in the early stages
Establishing daily follow-up, problem feedback, and review mechanisms
Providing management with clear, actionable operational execution information

Required

20+ years of experience in operations or comprehensive management execution
At least one experience participating in a company's transition from the construction phase to formal operations
Able to clearly explain which processes must be completed before business launch
Able to clearly explain which problems, if not addressed in advance, will be amplified during operations
Able to drive execution in situations with incomplete information and limited time windows
Able to work closely with the founding team and management, taking on the role of 'getting things truly done'
