Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the beverage dispensing ecosystem, including draft beer, soda, coffee, cold brew, water, and gas systems
Develop relationships with installers, service companies, beverage producers, and multi-location operators
Track beverage industry trends, system standards, and evolving customer needs to uncover growth opportunities
Build and execute targeted business development plans aligned with Foxx’s product offerings and service capabilities
Build long-term, consultative relationships with customers and industry partners
Serve as a trusted resource during early project discussions, system design phases, and expansion planning
Present Foxx’s capabilities, product solutions, and value proposition in a clear, practical, and industry-relevant manner
Support onboarding of new customers and help transition relationships to account management or customer service teams
Manage opportunities from initial outreach through close, working closely with internal sales and operations teams
Coordinate with customer service, procurement, and logistics to ensure accurate quoting and smooth execution
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasts, and activity tracking in CRM tools
Collaborate on pricing strategies, project-based opportunities, and multi-location rollouts
Partner with internal teams to refine beverage-focused messaging, product positioning, and sales tools
Provide market feedback on emerging beverage technologies, components, and system requirements
Represent Foxx at beverage industry trade shows, supplier events, and customer meetings
Strengthen Foxx’s visibility and reputation within the beverage dispensing community

Required

5–10+ years of experience in beverage equipment, beverage systems, or beverage-focused sales/business development
Strong understanding of beverage dispensing environments (beer, soda, coffee, cold brew, or similar systems)
Proven ability to build relationships and close opportunities in a technical or solutions-based sales environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a multi-opportunity pipeline

Preferred

Experience working with or selling to installers, service technicians, brewers, bottlers, or beverage operators
Familiarity with beverage system components such as regulators, gas systems, pumps, tubing, towers, valves, or related hardware
Existing network within the beverage, hospitality, or beverage service industry
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
