Responsibilities
Monitor network, system, and hardware health 24/7 using monitoring and alerting tools
Respond to alerts, incidents, and outages promptly and follow defined escalation procedures
Perform initial troubleshooting for network connectivity, hardware failures, and performance issues
Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours and critical incident response
Coordinate with internal teams (Support, Engineering, IT) and external partners to resolve incidents
Document incidents, root cause findings, and resolution steps clearly and accurately
Identify recurring issues and trends to support proactive improvements
Perform routine system checks, maintenance tasks, and configuration validation
Verify service restoration and ensure proper incident closure
Support on-site troubleshooting, training, and deployments as needed
Maintain accurate operational documentation and monitoring configurations
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in a NOC, IT operations, or technical support role
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
Experience troubleshooting hardware, network, and system performance issues
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment
Preferred
Experience supporting distributed or large-scale environments
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with ticketing and incident management systems
Experience using Salesforce for case management, reporting, or operational workflows
Basic scripting or automation experience
Familiarity with ITIL or incident management practices
