Responsibilities
Create top-notch experiences for our customers
Consult with customers over the phone, providing support through email, or answering questions via chat
Deliver exceptional service and dedication
Be tech savvy and willing to thoroughly learn the ins and outs of our product offering to offer accurate and knowledgeable advice
Employ a professional, positive, and empathetic communication style with customers at all times through various channels
Be comfortable communicating with confidence and driving interactions as a product expert
Have a keen eye for detail and a discerning eye to recognize, call out, and correct any issues or concerns regarding a setup or project
Have a high comfort level with math, basic conversions, and space configuration
Assist customers with order placement, quotes, returns, or other standard service processes as needed
Keep detailed and consistent records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, concerns, etc
Keep current on industry trends and product developments
Demonstrate ownership and take pride in the level of service they provide
Be comfortable working in a fluid environment and open to reprioritizing as needed
Employ critical thinking at every opportunity and demonstrate a high level of ownership
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent is required
Experience with customer support via phone, e-mail, and/or chat
High level of comfort with computers and various software
Considerable comfort with measurement conversions and general mathematical concepts
Exceptional attention to detail
Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Sales experience
Experience with Zendesk
Ability to commute to Milton, WI 53563
