Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a crew of 2-5 team members
Plan and execute sealcoating, crackfilling, and asphalt patching projects for commercial and residential clients
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
Operate and maintain equipment, including trucks, seal tanks, compressors, spray systems, blowers, crackfill machines, skidsteers, rollers, saws, and more
Train crew members
Maintain accurate records of time and materials used on job sites
Work closely with the Operations Manager and Project Manager to schedule, plan, and execute projects
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading sealcoating and asphalt maintenance projects as foreman
High attention to detail and quality
Ability to operate and maintain all sealcoating equipment
Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record
Preferred
Valid Commercial Driver's License is a plus
