This senior-level position involves managing access control, ensuring compliance, and providing system administration for z/OS platforms.

Responsibilities
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Top Secret (TSS) Security Administration
Manage and enforce mainframe access control, certificates, and regulatory compliance
Perform z/OS system administration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting
Support TLS/SSL, RSA keys, SFTP, and FTPS for secure data exchange
Monitor system security, performance, and audit compliance
Provide production support for mainframe batch jobs and schedulers
Support ISV tools such as BlueZone
Work with Network, Application, and Operations teams in the State’s Data Center Services (DCS)
Support CDC and data replication via Informatica PowerExchange (IMS / VSAM)
Qualification
Required
8+ years of hands-on CA Top Secret (TSS) administration
5+ years of z/OS systems administration
Strong experience with JES2, OMVS (USS), and SMS
3+ years supporting TLS, certificates, SSL, RSA keys, SFTP, FTPS
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Preferred
REXX scripting
Mainframe performance tuning and monitoring
Informatica PowerExchange (CDC on IMS / VSAM)
JOBTRAC or similar schedulers
RMF, SMF, WLM
