Strategic Partnership Manager
Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company specializes in property and casualty insurance, focusing on the excess and surplus lines market. The Strategic Partnership Manager will oversee relationships with wholesale partners, conduct strategic meetings, and implement growth strategies to drive mutual success.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners
Conduct regular strategic meetings with partner leadership to discuss performance, opportunities, and strategic goals
Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and issue resolution outside of underwriting or support needs
Collaborate with partners to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve mutual goals
Drive innovative solutions and strategies to enhance partner engagement and expand market presence
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for growth
Champion unique Ategrity strategic initiatives with partners to gain support and change behaviors and earn affinity from partners and their teams
Identify new relationships the support company growth focus (industry, geography, product, etc.)
Develop and maintain comprehensive performance reports for partner accounts
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to evaluate the success of partnership initiatives
Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and partner leadership
Design and implement programs and initiatives aimed at improving partner satisfaction and performance and gaining consensus on supporting Ategrity initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tools /resources that support partner success and work with teams to align and reinforce messaging
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and recommend improvements
Work closely with agency, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of partnership strategies
Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners and internal departments to address any issues or opportunities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the insurance industry
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives
Preferred
Experience working with wholesale partners or in a similar capacity within the insurance sector
Strong problem-solving and proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
