Responsibilities

Daily follow-up of the production planning with operation, supply chain, R&D
Follow-up of production quality issues and implementation of corrective actions accordingly
Update of production recipes in collaboration
The Domestic Shipping Clerk is a pivotal member of our team, responsible for ensuring the efficient handling and dispatch of goods from our warehouse facility
This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating outbound shipments, and leveraging forklift expertise to facilitate smooth logistics operations if necessary
Create shipping paperwork and ensure it is accurate, this includes packing slips in SAP
Ensure customer requirements have been met on their orders and it is accurate
Call or email carriers to schedule pickups, when required
Communicate with customer service representatives when there are issues with customers’ orders
Verify orders shipped have been completed and goods issued in SAP
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize jobs throughout the day
Work hand-in-hand with shipping associates, to ensure customer orders ship on time

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience working in Shipping required
Previous experience working with SAP, Microsoft Office and/or Inventory Management Software required
Previous experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
