Sales Executive - Recruiting/Staffing
Talent Harbor is a company focused on providing unique staffing solutions. They are seeking an Inbound Sales Executive who will manage relationships with leads, conduct consultative sales, and ensure seamless collaboration with recruiting teams to close deals successfully.
Responsibilities
Managing high-quality inbound and internal warm leads
Leading discovery calls and articulating the Talent Harbor value prop
Owning the follow-up and deal progression through to the finish line
Collaborating with our recruiting teams to ensure clients are set up for success
Keeping the CRM tight and the deals moving
Qualification
Required
8+ years of proven sales experience with a strong closing record
Experience in Recruiting or Staffing is a huge plus!
You are 'executive-level' polished and confident
You live in your CRM and never let a follow-up slip through the cracks
You are based in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area for local strategy and events
